Anybody selling the Ikeda tonearms, cartridges, its related parts and components on e-Bay and/or internet online shops is not our official dealer/distributor, nor having any relation with us at all.
We also found that some parts and components sold with IKEDA brand are not the original products from Ikeda Sound Labs. and IT Industry Company Ltd.
We as well as our dealers/distributors will not extend a warranty nor after-sale service for any purchase of Ikeda products on e-Bay and/or Internet online shops.
At the same time, our dealers/distributors are not liable for after-sale and repair services for any purchase of the Ikeda products from unknown third parties, unless a warranty card bears the name and address of our dealers/distributors.
