今回はIT-VTA-06使用時の注意点を紹介しようと思います。
通常イケダのトーンアームを設置するときはトーンアームに付属するナットとワッシャーを用いてプレイヤーに回転台を取り付け、
トーンアームのシャフトをアームベース内に挿入して外からネジで固定するのが一般的です。
この場合シャフトを固定する高さがイマイチですと、もう一度シャフトを外して
ミリ単位で調整していくのですが、調整したことがある方はわかると思いますがこれが非常に大変な作業です。
イケダのトーンアームには目盛板がついていて2mm単位で目星をつける事ができるのですが、
それでも細かい調整となるとトーンアームを付けたり外したりを繰り返さなければなりません。
IT-VTA-06はとても優秀なトーンアームエレベーションです。理由のひとつ目が設置が大変簡単だということです。
最初の工程は通常と同じくIT-VTA-06に付属するナットとワッシャーを使用して固定します。
その次にトーンアームのシャフトをIT-VTA-06のエレベーション部に挿入して固定するのですが
ここで最初に一番上までエレベーション部を上げておきまして、ネジで固定。
その後ツマミを回すだけで最大10mmほど下げることが出来ます。
もちろん最初のセッティングであまりにもトーンアームを高く設置しましたらもう一度シャフト部を入れ直さなければなりませんが
それでも通常イケダトーンアームに付属している回転台より簡単に設置できることでしょう。
次の理由がとても大事なのですがこちらIT-VTA-06はレコード演奏時に高さを調整することが出来ます。
IT-VTA-06は非常に繊細なエレベーション機構を持っていまして、上下幅10mmの中ツマミで自由に調整することが出来ます。
つまり1mm単位どころかお客様のツマミの動かし方で無制限で調整することができます。
レコードを聴きながらトーンアーム・・・針の水平をシビアに調整できるのでお客様の持っているシステムの魅力を最大限に発揮できることでしょう。
ただし、繊細故に非常に注意してもらいたい点がございます。
とても大事なことなのですが、ツマミを動かして一番上と一番下に届いた際はそれ以上力をかけないでください。
ここで力をかけすぎますと中の構造上かみ合いが悪くなり動かなくなる恐れがあります。
そうなってしまいますと内部を分解して組み立て直さなければなりません。もちろん私達の元で修理することになります。
なので一番上と一番下を写真に載せておきますのでこれ以上は力をかけないように気を付けてもらえますと
この優秀なトーンアームエレベーションの力を発揮し続けることができて、
お客様のアナログオーディオライフが永遠と輝き続ける事でしょう。

When installing Ikeda's tonearm, it is common to use the nut and washer attached to the tonearm to attach the rotating base to the player, and then insert the tonearm shaft into the arm base and fix it from the outside with a screw. However, if the height of the shaft is not quite right, you have to remove the shaft again and adjust it in millimeter units. Those who have done this before know how difficult this process is. Ikeda's tonearm has a scale plate that allows you to mark the position in 2mm units, but even with this, fine-tuning requires repeatedly attaching and detaching the tonearm.
The IT-VTA-06 is an excellent tonearm elevator. One of the reasons is that it is very easy to install. The first step is the same as usual, using the nut and washer attached to the IT-VTA-06 to fix it. Then, insert the tonearm shaft into the elevation part of the IT-VTA-06 and fix it, but first raise the elevation part to the highest position and fix it with a screw. After that, you can lower it by up to 10mm by turning the knob. Of course, if the tonearm is set too high during the initial setting, you will have to reinsert the shaft, but it is still easier to install than the rotating base that comes with the usual Ikeda tonearm.
The next reason is very important, but the IT-VTA-06 allows you to adjust the height during record playback. The IT-VTA-06 has a very delicate elevation mechanism, and you can adjust it freely within a range of 10mm by turning the knob. In other words, you can adjust it not only in 1mm units but also infinitely according to the customer's knob operation. You can adjust the tonearm... needle's horizontal position while listening to records, so you can bring out the maximum charm of the customer's system.
However, due to its delicacy, there is a very important point to note. When you turn the knob and reach the top and bottom, please do not apply any more force. If you apply too much force here, the internal structure may not engage properly and become immovable. If this happens, you will have to disassemble and reassemble the internal mechanism. Of course, we will repair it. So, I will post pictures of the top and bottom, so please be careful not to apply too much force beyond these points, and this excellent tonearm elevator will continue to perform well, and your analog audio life will shine forever.
